Chan Po-yi, 12, and son Chan Tung-man, eight, into a pool of water, the
Coroner's Court heard.
Mainland-born Mak and her children died when they plunged from their 24th-floor flat in Yiu Fung House, Tin Shui Wai, just before 4am on October 14, 2007 - a month after husband and father Chan Kai-lam had been diagnosed with cancer.

The Waldorf College men??s basketball team ended their regular season on Saturday night with a loss to Iowa Wesleyan College at home. The Warriors were defeated 99-72.
Saturday started as a close game as there were 23 lead changes in the first half alone. Waldorf College pulled out of the half with a one point lead 43-42. The second half seemed like it was going to be similar, but with 17 minutes left the Tigers took their final lead and defeated the Warriors 99-72.
The Warriors shot 26-55 from the floor for 47 percent, 9-24 from 3-point range for 37 percent, and 11-14 from the free throw line for 78 percent. The Warriors also picked up 25 rebounds, six steals, one block, and ten assists.
Leading the Warrior offense was Michael Granucci who shot 6-11, 2-4 from 3-point range, for 17 total points, two rebounds, one assists and one steal. He was followed by Chris Holloway who shot 5-7, 2-3 from beyond the arc, for 15 total points, four rebounds, one steal and two assists. Rounding out the top three for the Warriors was Karl Dehesa who shot 3-8, 2-4 from 3-point range, for 10 total points, four rebounds, and one assist.
Jeff Comminey led the Warriors in rebounds with five, while sharing the lead in steals with Lorenzo Griffin, both with two. Shant Bicakci led the team in assists with four while Evan Clasen led the team in blocks with one.
With the loss the Warriors end their regular season at 8-17 overall, 2-14 in conference play. The Warriors begin their conference tournament season on Monday, Feb. 23 in Dubuque where they take on #8 Clarke College in the 8-9 play in game at 7:30 p.m. |

Then out of no-where comes the most amazing Daytona. It is an 18ct gold ref 6239 with a standard dial. These in their own right are quite rare as most have Paul Newman dials fitted. What is even more special is that the black sub dials have turned into a nice chocolate brown colour. After I saw this watch for the first time, I just had to have it. Naturally some sacrifices had to be made on the financial front, however I believe it was well worth it.
The combination of the champagne dial and the chocolate brown sub dials is just enchanting.
I consider myself truly fortunate to own this wonderful watch as it is a magnificent specimen that over the years has developed its own unique character and look. A truly independent masterpiece produced by Rolex, nature and time. I now understand and appreciate why people covet ?®tropical dialled
